Golf Excursions LLC, owner of MyGolfVacation.com, acts only in the capacity of an agent regarding lodging accommodations, golf course reservations, transportation, and related travel services. Golf Excursions LLC is not liable for personal injury, accidents, property damage, loss, delays, irregularity, or death.
If an itinerary changes due to conditions beyond our control, including strikes, political or social unrest, labor problems, weather, natural events, or acts of God, no credit or refund will be issued. When possible, a comparable alternative may be offered.
Travel services such as lodging, tee times, and transportation are performed by independent contractors and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Acceptance of tour arrangements confirms understanding that Golf Excursions LLC is not responsible for any act, error, omission, inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, or death arising from those arrangements.
Golf Excursions LLC requires full payment by one golfer to reserve a golf package. For groups over eight golfers, deposits of $100 per group member may also be arranged. Some vendors may require larger deposits, including but not limited to certain golf trails, resorts, lodging providers, or golf courses.
If additional vendor-required payments are needed, we may contact the customer by email or phone. If the customer is unable to pay the required additional amount, Golf Excursions LLC will refund the customer as applicable.
Payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Golf Excursions LLC cannot guarantee reservations that are not paid on time. Once final payment is received and reservations are verified, customers may be able to access trip documents, vouchers, confirmations, and itinerary details.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We may also accept money orders, traveler’s checks, cashier’s checks, certified checks, and personal checks. Final confirmation documents are not released until personal checks clear the bank.
Golf Excursions LLC makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date pricing. Occasionally, prices shown online may be inaccurate. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we may cancel the order and notify the customer of the pricing error and cancellation.
Customers may have the opportunity to purchase the package at the correct price. Golf Excursions LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for incorrectly priced golf packages, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged. If a credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Golf Excursions LLC will refund the charged amount.
Rain does not constitute cancellation of play unless the golf course officially closes. If a round is rained out, the golf voucher must be signed by the golf course and returned to our mailing address. A course representative must clearly print and sign their name and mark the voucher “Rained Out.”
Refunds due to rain are reimbursable before the start of play when properly documented. It is the golfer’s responsibility to obtain a rain check from the golf course if a round is interrupted after play begins.
No refunds are given for unused portions of a golf package. Cancellation of a trip may result in loss of deposit. Some hotels, lodging providers, and golf courses require non-refundable deposits and may have cancellation policies that do not allow refunds.
If changes to a golf package are made at least 30 days prior to arrival, My Golf Vacation does not charge an administration fee. In cases where a cabin, condo, house, villa, or other lodging has been reserved, deposits may be lost due to the lodging provider’s non-refundable deposit policy.
If a change is made within 30 days of arrival, loss of deposit may occur and a $25 administration fee may apply.
