Designed by Tom Lehman and the Lehman Design Group, this modern championship layout features contoured fairways, upgraded tee boxes, white sand bunkers, and redesigned green complexes that create a fresh and engaging test for players of all levels. In addition to its new routing, added length, and more challenging slope and rating, the Estates Course highlights its commitment to sustainability with thoughtful conservation practices. Over 400 new trees have been planted to enhance the natural beauty and define playing corridors, while a state-of-the-art irrigation system supports proactive water management — preserving resources and promoting healthy turf in the Arizona desert. The Estates Course pairs rich history with modern design and environmental responsibility, offering members and guests an elevated golf experience in the heart of Phoenix.
