Some of the Sandhills' golfing giants have played host to multiple US Opens, US Amateurs, a Ryder Cup, and PGA and LPGA Tour Events, but none leaves its challengers more awe-struck than Tobacco Road.  The late Mike Strantz carved Tobacco Road out of the spoils of an abandoned sand quarry and tobacco farm.  The result was a track that has collected a trophy case full of awards since its opening in 1998.  You will want to bring your camera along with your clubs to forever capture the scenic beauty of Tobacco Road, only one of four courses in North Carolina ranked in both Golf Digest's and Golf Magazine's Top 100 Courses in America.
