Aberdeen Country Club is a 27-hole championship golf facility located in Longs, South Carolina, just north of Myrtle Beach. Designed by Tom Jackson, the club features three distinctive nine-hole layouts—Highlands, Meadows, and Woodlands—that can be combined to create a variety of championship golf experiences. Drawing inspiration from traditional Scottish links courses, Aberdeen incorporates rolling fairways, native grasses, scenic wetlands, and wide landing areas into a layout that is both visually striking and enjoyable to play.

Each of the three nines offers a unique character. The Highlands features open, links-style holes with rolling mounds and expansive fairways, while the Woodlands winds through mature trees and places a premium on accuracy. The Meadows provides a balanced mix of open and tree-lined holes, with water hazards and strategic bunkering creating a thoughtful test from tee to green. Multiple tee boxes allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the course while still providing a rewarding challenge for experienced players.

Aberdeen is known for its excellent conditioning, smooth TifEagle Bermuda greens, and scenic setting adjacent to the Waccamaw River preserve. Natural wetlands, wildlife, and picturesque water features enhance the round while adding strategic interest throughout each of the course combinations.

Located just minutes from Myrtle Beach, Aberdeen Country Club is a popular choice for golf vacations along the Grand Strand. Its versatile 27-hole design, beautiful natural surroundings, and combination of links-inspired and traditional golf make it a memorable destination for golfers visiting the area.
